Ashley Armstrong is an author and artist from NE Ohio with a passion for writing historical fiction with supernatural and spiritual elements. She also draws and paints her own artwork and designs her own book covers. She has a graphic design degree from Virginia Marti College of Art & Design in Cleveland and studied writing at Long Ridge Writer's Group.

One of Ashley's greatest interests is historical research. The Scottish Clans and Isles are a top subject she has studied in depth for several years, along with the Druids, Celts, and the spiritual side of our history, especially antedeluvian times. Deeply involved in her township's historical society  with a passion for preservation, she has written local history articles for many years, with work published in the history column of the Warren Tribune Chronicle. 

She is married with two children.
